If I do a 6 week cycle of hdrol 50 50 75 75 100 100 and pct with nolva should I expect to keep most of my gains after going off nolva?

hey how does my workout look
bicep curls, bench press
I take jack3d, cellmass, and naNO vapour before
then take xtend, and size on during, then drink weight gainer after
I am also on multivitamins, fish oil, pink magic, bcaas, hydroxycut hardcore, oxyelite pro, animal cuts, animal pak, growth hormone, GZA, and eat a lot of protein bars
will this help me get jacked or should I switch jack3d for superpump

Should I be bulking? Or cutting?
I want to bulk but I am not sure if my BF% is low enough. I guess it would be more ideal for me to just go out to get body fat calipers but...
I am 5'6'', 16, my weight is around 128. I don't know if I need to show pics, maybe if I just give more details...ran track in the spring, I have kept up pretty well since then with running and such. When I flex I can see good definition in pretty much every area of the body(bi's, tri's, quad, calves and I can easily see a 4 pack).
edit: I take HGH(legally) in order to "catch up"(GH deficiency)...so I have some extra GH running through me so if that matters at all...

You have to determine what kind of soreness you have. Go in for squats, but do a few more warm up sets working up to your actual sets. If you find you're actually having trouble moving the weight because you're so sore, then stop. But if you find that it just kinda hurts, but you're still just as strong/stronger, then keep going.
Worse case scenario, the warmup sets will help loosen you up. Get some blood pumping to the area. Should allow you to squat heavy soon after that.@24HrTrainerNOLA

Zincton, try listening to nitrogenetics. It's kinda weird but it's gets me in the zone for sure.
But question. I weigh 195 pounds probably 17-19% body fat. Should I bulk before cut? If so, does 215 sound reasonable?
And if so on the bulk what's a good ratio if I gain fat fairly easy and want to put more muscle than fat. Thanks in advance.The most important day of your life is today
