Hm. 100k for ten minutes of work? Probably lots. No homo, but I like money.
I love it. I got the best gains on my legs when I was doing that. It's a real mental bitch, but once you finish it, you feel so alpha. Before I got injured, I was doing 250 for a set of 20. It was fiya.@24HrTrainerNOLA

srs question - My fat loss has seemed to stall, or plateau if you will. Do any of these fatloss pills (xenadrine, hydroxycut) actually work? Like if I use one and continue with my diet and exercise how much would it help if any? And if so could you recommend me one?
Drink a fifth, f*ck a b*tch, smoke a spliff, and f*cking lift.

I'm not a fan of split routines. IMO, I'd stay with the either full body routine or the upper/lower split would be best. I got the best gains doing an upper/lower split.
Look into DC - dogcrapp training. It may be a bit too advanced for you, but it's one of my favorite routines. There are certain muscle groups that I've found respond better to different types of training. DC does great for my chest, lats, and hammys, for instance.@24HrTrainerNOLA

I like the fat free hot dogs. I don't know about the cholesterol content, but the fat free ones are probably your best bet. They'd be pretty good for you, mostly protein.
Look into Lipo6-Black. It's one of my favorites. I took double the dosage and got pretty good results.
If you can get an ECA (Ephedra, Caffeine, and Aspirin) stack, that'd be your best bet. But that's hard to get unless you're outside the US.@24HrTrainerNOLA

Okay I got another one; didn't want to derail other thread so i'll bring it here.
so do you think doin' upper back (lats/traps) and shoulders on one day, and legs, middle and lower back on another would be good?
exercises would include something like this:
Upperback/shoulders-
Pull Ups, Lat Pulldown, DB press, front/lat raise, shrugs, etc
Legs, middle&lower back-
Squats (alternate w/ Deads every other workout), Leg press, bent row, seated cable rows, calf raise, etc
edit: oh...i see you're not a fan of split routines.

I've used that set up. It's a pretty decent way to split things up. The only reason lots of other people don't do it that way is because they don't want to divide the body into individual muscle groups. I.e., I've done splits where I would emphasize a different muscle group on my legs every day combined with two upper body muscle groups. For instance, I had a day that was Chest, Triceps, and Hammstrings.

Are you sure it's 4000 calories? Are you sure about your maintenance?
Try eating dirty for a bit. Focus on eating a lot and on getting a lot of protein. Write down what you've eaten and at the end of two weeks, calculate what you were actually getting in. Then scale yourself.

I'm starting a new split with 4 days, I usually do 5 days but wanted to test something new out.
Monday - Chest and Abs
Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Off
Friday - Upper Legs & Shoulders
Saturday - Arms & Calves
Sunday - Off
Do you think this is a good routine? Or should I be hitting everything twice a week?"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13

What are you currently lifting? (squat, deadlift, press, etc)
"Complexity for complexity's sake is dumb. Slow progress when fast is available is very poor decision making. Training indirectly with elaborate assistance exercises to raise your back squat is foolish if you can walk in the gym and add weight to your back squat."
