I don't own a gym. Paradigm Fitness is a web based (primarily) nutrition/training business. Prior to this I was in the Marines and was looking to get into law enforcement and eventually federal. Due to an injury I sustained in the military (I am now 100% deaf in my left ear and 25% deaf in my right ear) I was unable to pass the required physical to get into law enforcement. As of right now I am working with a good friend of mine (I served with him) who works with Blackwater. We are getting a package ready to submit to Blackwater and Triple Canopy as we speak

Carbs are NOT your enemy.. You need to eat around your training! Stay under maintenance but never ever deplete yourself of carbs unless you are very close to a show or a photoshoot etc...

riptoes is good. It depends on your body and level of knowledge, some (very few) people can drop fat while gaining muscle. This requires an intimate knowledge of nutrition/training and the genetics to pull it off (natty) For the other 98% I would recommend just bulking until your happy witht he amount of muscle you have, then cutting. Depends on how bad they are.. Alot of the time they will shrink as you loose body fat, but sometimes surgery is required. Depends on the person.. Personally I grow relaly well off beef, Its my favorite but other no... If your bulking just try and eat clean and keep yourself in a caloric surplus. I would guess 15-19% by your avi.

Decline is good. I think its best to hit your chest from every angle. Alot of people preach incline and flat only, but my clients and myself have all benefited from multi-angle pressing.

You have a sick car brah, but isn't it dangerous to drive being completely deaf in one ear, and partially in the other?
Do you have to wear a hearing aid?
What's the next step for paradigm fitness?
Currently cutting, I'm 170 lbs (give or take a couple) as of 3 minutes ago, and I currently am rollin with my ketone bro's in ketosis. I seem to experience strong plateaus after 1-2 weeks, and when I carb up, or lower calories, not much happens. It seems the only thing that fixes it is a long term break off the diet. Last time I did a Carb up, I gained 4 pounds of water/glycogen I guess and it wouldn't go away.
Are there any other diets you could recommend? Can you explain to me Carb Cycling?
Also, you're a nice poster brah, (no homo) seem to be pretty successful and it's nice to see someone have everything work out for them!
