I used to only use the workout programs forum...

When I first joined bb.com. You guys are awesome.

I'd like to say thanks to the people here that really helped me out and showed me a decent way to start weight training.

    In no particular order:

Farley, Ironwake, Bigtallox, Wildtim, aboandryce, and someone I'm forgetting.

    Thanks.

Less than 4 months and I've gone from never deadlifting, struggling to bench 160, and 3/4 squating about 185 to 375x5, 220x5x3, and 275x5x3 on those respective lifts and put on 15lbs of muscle and lost %bf.

    Love you guys.

You are probably forgetting quite a few people, actually. Lots of helpful guys in here.

Do you have videos of any of those lifts? Especially squats.

    Sounds good.

I misread your post at first. I'm not used to seeing deadlift listed before squats so I got the numbers for those two reversed. Taking that into consideration the numbers look good.

Ah yea, I'm sitting around 275/220/375 for sq/bench/dl in the normal order.

The deadlifts might need a reset because I can't keep proper form through reps 4 and 5. :|

I just watched your 325lb deadlift video. It looked great, I must say, but I am forced to admit, my favorite part was not you deadlifting, but the individual in the background quarter-squatting 135 for 1 rep.

If I brought the camera to the gym on a regular basis, I'd have enough comedy to last beyond a feature length movie. heh.
