Computer Bros Help me out

For the first 10 minutes after I start my computer, it's practically worthless. I can hear it going ape**** making the noises it does when it's thinking hard, and everything takes forever to happen. Programs will barely load, it takes 2 mins to switch an internet page, ect.

After the initial ten minutes it goes quiet and everything runs fine for the rest of the day. I run regular virus/malware scans and only have a few games installed, the hard drive is still 80% free space

clean start up programs, run disk clean up, and defrag hdd.
