Hi guys,
Can anyone recommend low/zero carb prepackaged snacks? I usually just make a vegetable salad but to be honest sometimes I cant be bothered and I end up piling on junk food instead. So looking for a middle ground food. Found a few bars for example but they all tend to be 21g carbs (I don't go for any of this "net carb" nonsense, want the actual packaging to say carb content is 0 to 10 max).
Internet ordering also preferred as I will be shipping them overseas.
Thanks in advance.

Beef jerky seconded (thirded?) but it's a rare treat due to the expense.
Vegetables are the go-to snack, even if they have a small amount of carbs I call that a free food. Obvious exceptions are starchy potatoes etc, and I keep an eye on high-carb corn and peas as well. Most fruits are fine as snacks in moderation even though they do have carbohydrates.
I pre-cook a lot of chicken breasts and snack on bits of those, they're surprisingly good with some Frank's Red Hot sauce. Of course, these are not pre-packaged. Whoops.
Best pre-packaged option is probably almonds. The problem is that they are extremely calorie dense, and I don't personally find them very filling. A great snack to have maybe once per day, but if you're looking for a go-to snack I wouldn't recommend it.
Check out ThinkThin bars - they have no sugars added, I don't recall how many carbs they have. It's not the best thing you'll ever eat, but not the worst either.negged for hating on pop tarts

Jerky is great, but the sodium content of it is through the roof. And that alone comes with it's own set of consequences.
