Anyone else uses progryp? Or a belt? I think it will be comfortable using it when doing almost all exercises..?

Looks solid, but i like the fact that it has a curve on the back. 17 bucks for a belt aint that bad either. Cant wait to try it... well it takes about 30 days to get to sweden though..

diffrent strokes, i guess... i despise the supported backs; really hinders movement as well as it completely takes the lower back out of the equation, so when you wear that belt for a while then accidentally forget it on dead day, you can only pull half of what you'd normally pull.

17 clams ain't bad at all... but you do get what you pay for; whereas an APT is custom fitted and it'll last for life.

If you want comfort, value, and moderate support then I would go with a nylon belt.

Valeo is a good brand but this one should also work:

I have trained for many years, never used a belt. But my goals have changed a bit. I am not looking to lift heavy ass weights anymore due to my lover back is pretty much ****ed up sadly..

I can still lift without pain but i can feel it. I am looking to get a more lean physiqe and i will decrese the weight due to a higher rep workout. I think this belt will help me more psychologically then physically. Allthough it will surely be placebo wearing this belt.
