brb rife with fads "zumba, pilates, 'hot' yoga"
brb rife with broscience, "do crunches to lose tummy fat lolol then lets all watch the Kardashians and eat ice cream!"
brb channels like this have MILLIONS of subscribers
"how to relieve low back pain"... and not a single stretch for the hamstrings, illiopsoas or any other muscle in the hip was seen that day. not a single strengthening movement for the abs was seen that day.
Even the ones who actually compete in bikini or figure are usually doing the most horrendous 7 days splits I have ever seen, with an entire day dedicated to a SINGLE muscle like the triceps.
Women are actually distinctly unintelligent.

I believe "clutching at straws" is the best way to describe this behavior from females.
Its attractive women "clutching at straws" as to why they are more genetically gifted than other women
Its unattractive women "clutching at straws" for a futile way to get hot.5.0 crew

Oh but they are, and thats my main point. Their fad based "routines" and information are so uninformed that they prlly gain fat while doing these ridiculous diets and regimens all to the soundtrack of the latest bubblegum pop garbage that is spewed from their radios. Its just another consumerist behavior from females which is all they have any value for in this era. Their buying power.
True story.

Look up what that guy posted, upper/lower 2x a week or PPL, he's right. You may as well just keep your lower body muscles on one day(or however many times you plan on training lower body per week) rather than splitting up glutes/hams/quads for 2 different days. Personally I like doing squats every lower body day like that other guy said. Sorry this post is a mix of like 3 different ppls advice mashed up into a few sentences, don't really have time to type a detailed one.

Ahhh, 2 more white knights who have been brainwashed by fake nattys to believe that you shouldn't leave the gym until you've blasted your biceps with 100 sets of curls in order to make them grow. Ill neg you both.
little tip for you *******s: muscle growth isn't caused by smashing the chit out of a single muscle for 90 minutes and then letting it rest for a week, its about progressive tension overload combined with calorie surplus over years.Last edited by Meatboy123; 04-01-2014 at 11:28 PM.

Ya: let it be known, since I am on a competition team that is supported by that supplement company I am required to tout their products everywhere I go.... for now......
Doesn't mean I use all of their products. (I actually literally can't use their protein powders because I got the stomach flu in Jan and happened to drink it right before it got bad so when I was vomming ended up tasting the protein powder as it was coming back up and now if I even remotely SMELL their protein powder I get nauseated.)
And I should also note that even tho those leg days seem "split" I end up squatting both days. Both days end up using almost all leg muscles, I just tend to have 1-2 exercises at the end of my workout that isolate that group a little more (ie: leg extensions to end quad day)......
and yes Meatboy123... progressive overload is how muscles are torn. Fully awares of that."You know you're a tomboy when you tell stories about previous injuries and have people wanting to throw up"

Because most women don't like training or working out. They enjoy FEELING as if they train/work out. Therefore, give them something insanely dumb but easy and they will love it.
390 back squat
285 bench press
500 deadlift (I don't DL anymore)
