Most mornings I have oatmeal and a piece of fruit. This always keeps me going until lunch, where I have an omlette or sandwitch and some fruit, nothing huge. The problem is just before dinner or and hour or so after it feels like my blood sugar levels crash and I need something to lift me. I often end up eating some junk food, because it's high in sugar and I dont feel like eating fruit again.
