    Sleeping right after eating.

How bad is this really? I try not to but it still happens.. and I tend to feel bloated/heavy in the midsection when it does. But Im not sure if thats just a mentality or does this really spike fat loss?

Im not talking about huge meals either.. I've been dropping weight.. and it wouldn't be more then 300-400 calories worth TOPS about half an hour before I pass out on accident. How counter productive is this if at all. By sleep I mean both for the night or a nap.

    Thank you in advance!

If it fits into your daily calorie goals, it's not harmful. Some people say to avoid carbs right before bed, but I've downed huge bowls of oatmeal almost immediately before going to sleep and not had any problems.

Strictly speaking, if you're sitting at -750 cal for the day and you eat 400 calories before you go to bed, you'll have ended the day at a smaller defecit (-350) than you could have (-750) and that will make a difference. What it will not do is "all turn to fat" like so many boy-crying-wolf articles would have you believe.

Thats exactly what I was referring to. I heard so much on both sides I wasn't sure. One of those popular nutrition myths I guess then?

and yes I take into account the calories when determining my deficit

Yes, one of many. If it fits into your macros, you won't experience any other-worldly fat gains from this.

I've been doing this for about 2 months or so. I've dropped a crazy amount of fat and my muscle mass is most likely the same if not greater.
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.
