Here's an odd little question. How much might one's belly stick out when fully relaxed at different fat percentages?
If I flex, I look pretty close to ripped. If I stand normally on an empty stomach, it's fairly flat (about 31 inches), but there's still a curve on a side view. And I have a potbelly with abs after a big meal or drinking a a liter+ of water. How much improvement in visceral fat and flatness can I expect as I get lower?
I estimate my bodyfat at 11%, but I'll see about getting photos up for some other opinions in the near future.

If you're looking for a measurement, that varies completely from person to person. "Skinny fat" types can be wearing size 27 pants and still have a gut, whereas a bodybuilder wearing a size 35 can be absolutely ripped. Impossible to say without a photo, but even with one it's a guess.

My guess is that standing 6'4" and weighing 140-pounds you probably have almost no lean mass/muscle to speak of. Probably very little fat, too -- however BF% is simply a percentage of one's overall weight compared to the amount which is fat.
Also, not seeing pictures I can't say anything, but being scrawny and having no muscle does not mean you necessarily have a low bodyfat %.
I imagine anyone at 11% would have to have spent some time in the gym and anyone who is 6'4" and only 140-pounds probably has not spent any time lifting. Based on that, I'm assuming your estimation about your BF% is wrong. All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
