Hello there ladies, I have a question about setting up a routine for my wife and I was hopeing some of you would be willing to point me in the right direction PLEASE. She had gastric bypass surgery back in may and has already lost 50lbs. The doctor gave her the go ahead to start working out and I would love to try and set up a program for her. I am ok with the diet for her just not sure on how to set up a reasonable routine for her. Can anyone give me some good routines or point out some that would be good for her to start asap, thank you for any responses.
