Optimum 100% Gold Standard Protein Vs. Syntha 6

hey guys i jsut wanna know which one you guys prefer me buying before i actually buy
i love syntha-6's taste, but never tried gold standard, so please leave me a reply on what you think i should order before me buying it

Syntha 6 is way better. On is ok but not as good as syntha 6.

Syntha 6 is a slower digesting protein/ a protein blend of different proteins. kinda like myofusion. optimum is straight whey : digests faster than syntha 6 great for post workout.

so should i do On's protein or syntha 6, i gunna order both, a 1 lb on and a 5 lb syntha

I didn't like Syntha-6... strawberry tastes like candy... doesn't mix well...
ON double chocolate flavor is delicious in milk... but in water it tastes... hmm... ->
Between the two, I would go with ON whey... or if you are open to other suggestions i would go with XF Whey...

People lie on here all the time.. MOST of ON's products taste like crap.. the only good tasting ON was the hydrolized which makes no sense at all.

i still have a tub of ON 100% in my kitchen from years ago probably expired cuz it tastes so bad. it is undrinkable and just as bad as Isopure.

Dont waste your money on ON, if you need whey (which you dont as long as you hit daily macros) go with XF whey, or myofusion is a good blend, or spend some dough and get Isoflex from Allmax real chips in the cookie flavor...


in b4 but ON is cheap.. nobody cares about price buy bulk protein if you care about price. ON is undrinkable.
