    Spaghetti Healthy??

So I'm trying to find more foods to eat that are healthy and more geared to my goals. I'm trying to gain some good muscle and flatten my stomach to show my six pack. Is eating spaghetti good for this goal? Its cooked from scratch with good meat.

I don't see how it isn't as long as it fits into your diet. Good source of carbs.

Spaghetti can be healthy, if you are able to make use of the carbs your taking in. As far as it working with you towards your goal of flattening your stomach it may not be your best choice, but it could be worse. Everything in moderation. Best of lucvk with your goals.

I was just thinking that as well. I'm thinking it will help in my quest to gain muscle cause it has the lean meat and good source of carbs. I just have to make sure I don't over serve myself. I'm guessing it's all about portion.

    No its not healthy.

Beef mince and spaghetti is healthy because a piece of beef steak has been minced to form the mince.

    The pasta is worthless mostly.

Wholewheat biscuit cereal and oats are the best carbs.

I alternate between wheat, oat and eggs for every meal of the day.

No bro, spaghetti is NOT ok. Go for penne, it's a much better stomach flattening cut of pasta. /sarcasm

Seriously though, abs are a function of low bodyfat. Lowering your bodyfat comes down to eating at a deficit with solid macros that are formulated not by percentages but by g/lb minimums.

I'm still confused as if it's good to eat or not? I sometimes see it as a good food and sometimes I don't.

You have to look at it in the context of what else you ate that day. Foods don't make you fat or lean, calories do. Proper macro appropriation leads to preserved muscle on a cut (caloric deficit) and built muscle on a bulk (caloric surplus).

Asking if a certain food is bad is like asking if $100 for dinner is expensive. For some people, it is. Others, maybe not, depending on how else they choose to budget their money.
