What a week! I worked Tues-Thurs and because they are long days I do not have the chance to work out, so I make sure my diet is 100% on so that I do not sabotage my hard work. I would have to say that these supplements must be helping me get through my work days. I used to be really tired after lunch and time would go so slow but now that I take my 2nd dose of ketocuts in the afternoon around 2pm I have energy to push me through the rest of my day, its awesome!
On monday I decided to start the "cut diet" that drooks10 recommended. Thanks drooks! I am starting with 1800 calories and that way I have some room to decrease my calories as I go along without dipping them too low. I am liking the structure of the diet so far. I loved the carb up meal - fantastic! Who could go wrong with veggies, oatmeal, raisins, almonds, sweet potato and peanut butter haha :-) I am taking in around 214g protein, 85g carbs (mainly from veggies) and 65g fat (mainly almonds, natural PB and avacado). I have felt full on this diet but not bloated. So far so good. Will weigh in monday to see how the week went.
As for today, with not working, I was so excited to hit the gym. It was arm day so I was pumped to begin with! I took my first does of keto cuts on an empty stomach this morning (always give me the hot itchy feeling). I took my 6 caps NO beta prior to working out along with 1.5 scoops creadyl. I also sipped on BCAAs during my workout. I am thinking about getting glutacine for this (heard great things about it) any comments? By the time I got to the gym I was energized, tingling and ready to push some iron! I love working arms because you can really see a great pump from the NO beta!
Workout:
straight barbell curl (4 sets 15reps x 45lbs)
preacher curl (4 sets 15 reps x 25lbs)
hammer db curls (4 sets 15 reps x 10lbs)
rope pressdowns (4sets 15 reps x 30lbs)
overhead rope extensions (4 sets 15 reps x 20lbs)
dip machine (4 sets 15 reps x 90lbs)
v-ups (3 sets x 30secs)
leg raises (3 sets x 30 secs)
Finished up with 30 mins low intensity cardio (HR 130-150) on treadmill.
Oh my gosh it was a fantastic workout! I as sweating like crazy! Felt so good when I was done. I have not had a bad day yet with these supplements.
Supplement review for the week:
KetoCuts:
Mood 10
Alertness 9
Drive 10 very driven
Energy 9.5 had a great workout and followed it up with 30min on the treadmill
Overall: 9.5
CreaDyl:
Drive 9
Recovery 8
Strength 9 (lifted more for biceps than I have in the past!)
Energy 9 .5
Taste 9 love it
Overall: 9
NO Beta
Pump 9.5 love how full it made my arms
Strength 9 had a lot of strength - felt like I could lift boulders
Overall: 9.25
Hope everyone is having great success with their goals. Cant wait to see what happens on weigh in day! Whoot Whoot!
Have a great weekend everyone!

Great job keeping your diet clean. The cut diet is excellent, and I and many others have had great success using it. If you keep to it, your body will melt away that fat, and you'll be one hell of a hard contender to beat! (Can you tell how much I love the hard core dieting going on in this thread? )
Also, I know others have been posting in here, but have you joined Double-T's ********? If not, friend them so you can enter for a daily chance to win some supplements. http://www.********.com/#!/pages/Dou...6053243?ref=tsSimp's Back: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165133671&page=1
Working to regain strength, muscle, endurance, and lose some blubber. Damn you drinking-wine-on-the-couch. Why are you so good?

You know I can actually empathize with you about not having the time to workout...
Dont you hate it? Especially when you are working for a goal...one of them being to win this challenge?
I find that working out helps relieve my stress and my body craves lifting heavy.
Im glad that you are keeping up with your diet and finding time to share your journey with your log!
I havent tried Betacene but would like to when I get my finances in order. I heard great reviews as well.Even through the darkest days...this fire burns always...

Had a great weekend. Wonderful weather and fantastic workouts!
Yesterday and today I followed my nutrition as scheduled with my 216g protein, 85g carbs and 65g fats. I am feeling really good following this cut diet. I am feeling full as well as keeping my energy up. Although I have a feeling the supplements are helping with that as well!
Saturday Workout: Shoulders/Calves (4 sets 15 reps for all exercises)
Military Press
DB arnold press
DB front raises
DB lateral raises
Rear delt machine
Standing Calves
Seated Calves
Followed by 15mins on elliptical.
After my workout I went out on the river with my husband and read a book while he fished. When the sun is out here in Seattle it is just beautiful!
Today (sunday) was leg day. I always take my keto cuts when I wake up and then I start breakfast. I eat breakfast about 30min after taking ketocuts. I take my 6 tabs NO Beta 20 min before leaving for the gym (which is 5-10min from my house) and I also start drinking my 1.5 scoops of creadyl. I have a great deal of energy by the time I reach the gym. Today my husband and I had the gym to ourselves which is so nice!
Workout: Legs/Calves (4 sets 15 reps all exercises)
Squats (70lbs)
Leg Press (90lbs)
Plie Squats (35lb DB)
Straight leg deadlift (60lbs)
Leg extensions (90lbs)
leg curls (70lbs)
Leg press calf raises (170lbs)
Was sweating like crazy during and after my workout! Felt great. Came home and caught up on my housework and made my meals for the first half of the week. Tonight is my carb up meal on my diet and I am sooo looking forward to it. I love carbs so I count down to this meal! Yay!
Tomorrow is my 2 week weigh in .... hoping for 1-2lbs weightloss .... stay tuned :-)

Things are going ok for me.
Im in the same boat as you, I guess. So many things going on that I dont have time to really put 100% in my training but I try to keep my diet in check and wait for the day that I can really train with 100% focus. For the time I have in a day, I try to do as much as I can, you know?
Im glad you like the supplements! Me too!Even through the darkest days...this fire burns always...

I love the carb-up meals, too. Know that your weigh-in might be a little heavy though since you are carbing up some...you may want to weigh in tomorrow instead. Just a thought.
Anyway, I'm glad to see you and your husband had a great weekend! What book are you reading?
I can't believe you are able to take 6 NO-Beta AND 1.5 scoops Creadyl! That would light me up! Haha. Kill it this week!

Hey everyone out there!
Beefcake 66: I thought the high protein would be a bit much for me too but I actually feel great. I think not having all the carbs everyday other than green veggies my stomach stays full but I do not feel bloated. Also I must have a pretty high tolerance to supps because the 6 NO beta tablets is perfect haha who knows.
EndOfHeartAche: thanks for checking in on me. I am doing great. Its hard for me to get on here and update when I work. I am just so exhausted by the time I get home, so I figure I will update on my day off. I have the next 6 days off so I am excited to see what exciting workouts I can get in. How are you doing?
Im sticking to this cut diet and it is going well. I had the last two days off from working out so I took my ketocuts but did not take my NO beta or Creadyl. I even ordered my second bottle of ketocuts and they should be arriving today! I am really loving the energy I get from them!
I am going to try to take some progress pictures today but I was very happy to see yesterday when I weighed in that I have lost another 2.5 lbs last week which for the 2 weeks I have been doing this I have lost a total of about 8 lbs. So excited! Not sure I can see a whole lot of the progress in the mirror yet but I am feeling better and that is important to me!
Im hoping everyone is doing well. I will post my workout and nutrition later today as well as some pics.
Thanks for all your support everyone!

Well, I've discovered when I've been eating more than 160g of protein for a couple days, people suddenly don't like to be around me. It's almost like I turn into that smelly kid that no one likes. Ya dig?
As for the CreaDyl... 1 scoop makes my tum unhappy, I have to use half scoops usually. I'm tryin 1 scoop again today though!
Man, I took 4 caps of NO Beta once and I felt like my ears were gonna burn off.... I guess there is someone out there with more tolerance than me
I'll probably continually up my dose throughout the contest though... It's only my first week!
8lbs is good progress girly! Almost too good... haha Glad everything's working out for ya... I gotta keep my eye on your progress so I don't get beat out too bad
Lookin forward to your update later!BluePrint Believer!

I want to start by saying I love this forum. Everybody is so encouraging and motivating its a tremendous help! So, thanks to everyone!
This afternoon I had a killer back/ab workout! I took my first does of ketocuts this morning before breakfast and then took my 2nd dose around 12:30pm a half hour before lunch. I took my 6NO beta at 2:30pm about 20min before my work and also started to sip on my creadyl at that time as well. I then sipped on extend BCAA's during my workout. I had so much focus and energy I was on a mission. I felt very strong today!
Workout:
Assisted Pull Ups (two sets for warm up)
bent over barbell row (4 sets 12 reps with 75lbs)
one arm db rows (4 sets 12 reps 35lbs)
straight arm pull downs (4 sets 12 reps 25lbs)
wide grip pulldowns (4 sets 12 reps 50lbs)
db shrugs (3 sets 15 reps 30lbs)
back extensions (4 sets 12 reps holding 25lb plate)
leg raises (3 sets 15 reps)
kneeling cable crunches (3 sets 15 reps 40lbs)
side oblique bends holding 25lb plate (3 sets 15 reps each side)
Followed up with 30min on the elliptical.
Killer intensity .... loved it!!!
After my workout I took some progress pics which I have posted on my bodyspace. I am beginning to see some positive changes even after only two weeks.
It always gives you more motivation and drive when you are seeing progress but its when you do not see the progress that you have to dig deep and push yourself to your limit.
Great quote by Vince Lombardi, "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence."
