    Mass building meal plans?

    Hey guys i've been doing some research on mass building meal plans for bulking and haven't been very successful.
    I'm 160lbs at 6'1 and i'm looking for a plan that has roughly 3-3500 calories over a 6 meal per day with a protein, carb and fat ratio of around 40/40/20 (clean bulk).
    It would be greatly appreciated to get a few plans so I don't have to eat the same thing over and over but it's ok if I do.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated since i'm new to most of this!

    Here use this first
    1-1.5 grams of protein per lb
    .5 grams of fat per lb
    rest in carbs,

    Make sure your foods are nice whole grains and good protein
    you can throw cheat meals in there once or twice a week.
    hell have a spaghetti night once a week!
    Only Look down on people when your giving them a hand to lift them up!!!

    Greatly appreciated thanks i'll keep that in mind!
    Any other advice and/or meal plans? Looking to be consistent throughout my bulk therefore a plan or two would be perfect!
