Hey guys i've been doing some research on mass building meal plans for bulking and haven't been very successful.
I'm 160lbs at 6'1 and i'm looking for a plan that has roughly 3-3500 calories over a 6 meal per day with a protein, carb and fat ratio of around 40/40/20 (clean bulk).
It would be greatly appreciated to get a few plans so I don't have to eat the same thing over and over but it's ok if I do.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated since i'm new to most of this!
