So I'm starting training back up in a couple weeks, because I'm getting REAL big. So I need to determine my daily caloric needs for fat loss, but I cannot do this without getting my body composition determined so I can measure results.
I have some fat calipers, but ironically I'm TOO FAT to use them. So I'm looking for some suggestions on how I can best determine my body fat % without calipers, and without the use of expensive nutritionists. Is there a good site for body tape measurements? What's the best route I should take for determining my body fat %? Thanks.
