    How many grams of carbs to eat during a cut?

    My maintenence is 2800 calories. How many grams of carbs should I eat? Should I be on a low carb diet?

    Its different for each person but personally for me I work very well on an EXTREMELY low carb diet. I go below 100 each day with no refeeds

    i dont keep track of mine but im sure its relatively low since my only carb intake comes in morning from oats and pwo banana or somthing like that, my advice would be limit your carbs to breakfest and pwo

    Post workout is one of the most important time for carbs. How much you need in a day is also dependent on what your macro spread looks like (if your a person who monitors that)

    carbs should always be higher than proteins (unless on keto), if not your body will turn for proteins as an energy source which =fail

    Well it depends.. are you cutting for 8 weeks, or 16 weeks.. or from 250lbs at 20%bf or from 180 at 10%bf.. not enough info to give you an acurate answer..

    I cut from 233 @ 18%bf in 14 weeks keeping my carbs 50-100g/day. Cycle high and low carb days.
