My maintenence is 2800 calories. How many grams of carbs should I eat? Should I be on a low carb diet?

Its different for each person but personally for me I work very well on an EXTREMELY low carb diet. I go below 100 each day with no refeeds

Well it depends.. are you cutting for 8 weeks, or 16 weeks.. or from 250lbs at 20%bf or from 180 at 10%bf.. not enough info to give you an acurate answer..
I cut from 233 @ 18%bf in 14 weeks keeping my carbs 50-100g/day. Cycle high and low carb days.Teen until October 17, 2011.
