Im assuming complex is On's pro complex, and that will give you the best gains, but for price Myofusion is alot better deal than On pro complex. Dymatize quality is a bit less and has more whey than myofusion but it its 10 bucks cheaper for the same amount of protei

Myofusion will give the most bulk i think, Pro complex best gains but i would stick with myofusion in the price difference, and Dymatize is more of a cut and cheaper.

you also have to take into account that Gaspari lied on the label and it only contains 21g of protein.
