I just bought ON's 100 gold whey in strawberry-which is delicious !- and i was wondering when and how many grams i should take or scoops for the best mass gaining results. i know the basic like in the morning and after workouts, but i just dont really know how many grams or scoops to use. right now i am using 1 scoop in the morning and 2 after workouts, this is only on workout days too. should i take it on weekends(rest days) or should i look into buy casein for the weekends and nights?

try to eat at least 1 g of protein per pound of bodyweight, so for you 150 grams per day. try to get as much protein as you can from natural food, and use the ON whey to get the rest. best time to take it is w/in 30 minutes after you workout. also, from what i've read, you're not supposed to take more than 40 - 50 grams of protein in a serving

Whenever you want and as much as you please so long as it fits into your overall diet macros for your goals (bulking/cutting/recomping). At the end of the day, nutrient timing is nice, but overall macros and calorie intake are what matters. There is no magic time or amount for protein to be taken in. Don't worry about the minutia, plan out a solid diet and use powder to fill in what you can take in from a whole food source. Then GFH.
