Path Of a Gladiator - Wolf's Noob Journal

First thread, might as well be a workout journal to log my rather pitiful lifts

    Background

Years of Martial Arts but not much interest in weight training till a few months ago
Started reading this Forum, other sites and watching youtube for information about 3 months ago.
Started Vikings Gladiator routine 6 weeks ago after finishing a round of P90x.

Starting lifts 10 rep all in kg
    Squat - 50
    Bench - 45
    BoR - 35
    Deadlift - 50
    OHP - 25
    pull ups - 3x10 bodyweight

Had two weeks off end of July visiting family with no gym access, reset my progress slightly.

3rd workout of the first week back today -

    Squat 3x8 - 60kg

    Bench 3x8 - 55kg

    BoR 2x8 1x12 - 40kg

    Dead 2x6 - 80kg

    OHP 2x6 - 30kg
    5 day full body crew

    Day 3 of Week 2

Bit of a delayed workout due too a four day festival.

    Squats - 65kg 3x7

    Bench - 57kg 3x7

    BoR - 45kg 3x7

    Dumbbell press 18kg's 2x10

    pulldown/face pulls - 17kg/12.5kg 3x15

    Curls/Skullcrushers - 25kg 3x8/3x10

Squats felt harder than usual, hopefully just a result of lack of sleep and a few to many days off.
