    Question Lagging Chest; Two Chest Days/Week? (reps)

    Hey everybody, quick question. Currently on a cut (with the use of EC and creatine). I mention that because I have found that I am able to put on some lean mass, even while cutting.

    Now, my chest is lagging behind the rest of my body. Should I try to hit it twice per week? (Sunday and Wednesday would be the days I'd work chest)

    yeah good idea depending on workout

    Many people won't agree with me, but you can train chest more and put your strongest muscle group aside for a few weeks. and focus your training.

    i agree with you, its specialized training, where in you train your lagging muscles with higher priority and more intensity then your more developed muscles. i used it to catch my traps back up after neglecting them for too long. i recommend giving it a try
