Hey everybody, quick question. Currently on a cut (with the use of EC and creatine). I mention that because I have found that I am able to put on some lean mass, even while cutting.
Now, my chest is lagging behind the rest of my body. Should I try to hit it twice per week? (Sunday and Wednesday would be the days I'd work chest)
