    5 Days Complete

On my 5th day of keto; Friday, the day you are suppose to carb up. Is it okay if I skip this and do it in a 2 week interval? I've already went down 6lbs, Most likely water weight though correct?

    Thanks in advance,

    -Skye

The general recommendation is to wait 2 weeks before your first carb-up.....so yeah, I would wait if I were you.

It's not just OK... it's required. No carbup this week and depending on how you feel, shoot for 3 weeks before your first carbup.

Just to be sure, are you guys saying no carb up because he just started? After the initial two weeks should he or anyone carbup weekly?
