Okay, I am really confused here.
When a workout says to do 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps of a particular exercise what exactly does it mean?? Should I be making a decision whether do do 3 sets of 10 or 4 sets of 6 or something in between? Or should I do as many sets in that particular range than I can for as many reps in that range that I can do?

Let's say you decide to do 3 sets. If you're getting 10 reps on every set, then you should increase the weight to where you can only get 6. Lather, rinse, repeat.
At least that's the way I see it.★★★USF MISC CREW★★★
