I'd venture to say that the front squat is superior for bodybuilding purposes as it puts more emphasis on your quads, and looks bad ass when you do it. Back squats are needed for overall lower body thickness though, so you can't go wrong with either. Do both sucka.

i periodically stopped squatting for 2 months now do to quad imbalances which in turn are giving me knee issues
working out now has no meaning without squats
ive also noticed a massive drop in quad size even though im still doing leg press and extensions...etc
