Hey guys,
I've been dieting 6 weeks now and doing cardio 5-6 times a week post workout. I'm doing Scivation's diet solution. To sum it up, 5 meals a day of just protein and fat. One carb meal a day post workout (60g) from oats, rice, or ezekial bread.
I've never eaten so many almonds, avocados, and natty pb lol!
Anyways, my goal all along has been to get shredded. I've never followed a diet this strict before so I wanted to see where it would take me. I figured 7% was a good starting goal since I've never dieted strict like this before.
After 6 wks....Where do you guys think I'm at?

Thanks guys, been busting my a** lately!
Hmm, I was thinking 8% or so but I've never gotten my BF tested.
I've just always done the try to eat 6 meals a day, every 3 hours, etc. I've always eaten a lot more carbs as well.
I thought the same thing right when I started this diet. I thought I would be fatigued all day and my workouts would suffer.
Oh, and I do get one free (cheat) meal a week although I cheat more than that since I drink once a week heavily and end up scarfing down foot long philly cheesesteaks after 2 am lol!
I try my best though to have no more than just the 2 cheat meals during the whole week. I usually always have my traditional cheat meal for lunch on Sunday. I live next to In and Out burger so 2 doubles, fries, and a large diet coke.
It hasn't happened though. My energy levels have been just the same, and my workouts have been awesome. I haven't lost any strength dieting if anything I feel stronger in some of my compound lifts.IFPA Natural Pro bodybuilder

It's the way I'm standing (my shoulders are back) that made my traps looks small. Try it yourself in the mirror. If your shoulders are back, your traps will look small. Although when you push them forward, traps look much bigger.
This is a few weeks old...
I've dieted from about 198-201lbs to right now i'm at 192- 193lbs.IFPA Natural Pro bodybuilder

Haha thanks but I'm no beast. Just trying to look the best I can and maybe one day get a Natural Pro card.
Check above I'm doing the diet solution. You or anyone can download it on scivation.com for free.
It's basically 5 meals a day, all protein and fat with the exception of one of those 5 meals containing carbs post workout. On rest days you would have the carb meal with your first meal since you won't have a post workout meal.
Real easy to follow. I had to buy a food scale though to measure my meat, nuts, and fruits.
I added it up on dailyburn.com when I started and I think it was around 2700 or so if I recall. I didn't add in my green veggies though which on this diet you can have as much as you want.
lol hey if I can motivate you, I'm doing my job. I see guys like Rsardinia on here and my buddy Matt (eightpak) and they motivate the hell out of me!IFPA Natural Pro bodybuilder

I stay pretty lean year round. My metabolism is still super fast. I'd say I was at the most 11% or so.
It was around 2700 or so without adding in green veggies.
No, I was actually doing a lot of Low intensity cardio first but felt like it wasn't doing the job so I've changed to more moderate intensity.
I use the stair master a lot and I used to do 20-30 mins post workout at level 3 or so. Now I've bumped it up to level 8 and I sweat my a** off lol!
At 20 years old, you have many years to achieve what we have. It's up to YOU, if you want to get there!IFPA Natural Pro bodybuilder
