This was lunch? Anything in here you would avoid for keto? It's steak and salmon .. steak has a shadown on it so hard to see:
Does this look ok carb wise? Carrots were super minimum and I skipped most of the soy beans which is what I think they are.

IDK. My buddy said they were lima but I guess the ones I'm used to eating are out of a can so taste different. So they might be lima.
I'm planning on eating this for lunch more often. So skip those, Anything else?
Cabbage and broccoli is pretty min carb and recommended for the veggies.
I'll have to check on their garlic-ginger sauce. It comes on the side, so I may even skip it.

If someone else is prepping it just be careful or find out FOR SURE how they're cooking it, if they use anything extra, etc. Definitely check out that sauce too. Sauces are notorious for having hidde sugars and whatnot. When I was on keto I just had everything plain (in restaurants). Much safer
