I picked up some Vitamin B- Complex 50 from vitamin shop
and some L-Arginine form Vitamin Shop and just wondering when i should take them?
I was thinking takin one tab of vitamin B COmplex before workout for energy and one tab of L-arginine post workout for aminos?
any suggestions?
