    Question when to take Vitamin B Complex and L-Arginine

    I picked up some Vitamin B- Complex 50 from vitamin shop
    and some L-Arginine form Vitamin Shop and just wondering when i should take them?

    I was thinking takin one tab of vitamin B COmplex before workout for energy and one tab of L-arginine post workout for aminos?


    any suggestions?

    If you're not already taking a preWO N.O./stim product then ya take the B preWO. You can take the arginine anytime really ... try before bed.

    The dosing of their b-vitamin is sad and arginine does nothing. If you haven't opened them I'd return them
