- Hey guys this is your chance to nominate yourself or another member to be entered into the competition
- I decided to set up this comp since i saw the Misc Pullup Competition... and thought why not
- Prizes will include supplements (protein, creatine, bcaa's, MRP, preworkout supps)
- 1st place winnar gets $150 Cash for both comps.. (175lbs & below + 175lbs & above)
- If there are more competitors as expected, then ill add more prizes.. even cash prizes like last time
- The competition will go live in a week or so, once we have found enough competitors..
- Also when nominating someone/yourself please post a picture (recent one 2010) aswell
