Love my Wolfgang Puck stick blender, my bamboo cutting board and my 8" chef's knife (good quality). Yeah, the last 2 aren't appliances, but I'm good with 'em.

For large appliances, would my big Charbroil Pro Serious Man-Grill count? Or my smoker? Gotta have dem tastey meeets!!

Guys , could you recommend me a specific george foreman grill model, that is hot enough to cook chicken and steaks regularly and has removable plates for washing?!

Are there any cheaper alternatives to the magic bullet? Im basically just looking for a small blender but with a cup top. I hate using a big blender for shakes because of the cleanup.

+1 on the steamer. I've rediscovered my steamer that's been in the cabinet for a few years. Makes rice no hassle. Recently started steaming squash and zucchini, and last night I did a few chicken breasts.

Throw it all in, crank it up, hit the gym, dinner's ready when I get home with plenty of leftovers.
