ON Hydrowhey

what do u guys think of ON Hydrowhey with 30g of protein? and flavors?

I got a small tub of it today to try it. I normally use the regular ON Whey Vanilla Ice Cream flavor and love it but thought Id switch it up.

The velocity vanilla is decent but not sure if Im seeing the difference. Also, doesnt say to take more than 1 scoop of it. I take 2 but it seems like a lot, the scoops are way bigger too.

IMO its not really worth the price.....you will get the same thing with any other whey protein.

Might not notice much, if any difference in actual gains or w/e.

Cost more; if you want 30g protein per scoop, adjust the protein intake of another/other protein supps.

ON didn't disclose the % of hydrolysis, did they?

I've tried 3 samples of the HydroWhey and liked them all, however I would never spend the $$ on a jug of it. Much better (see CHEAPER) proteins out there.

I like it, it's def. high quality protein but at a high price, every so often i get some and out of the 3 flavors my fav is the choco. 2 scoops is overkill, you're good with 1.

Im not 100% sure on this, but their hydrowhey had the highest(or very close to the highest) levels of heavy metals in the ON lineup I believe. Too expensive as well.

Incorrect. It was lower in arsenic than the 100% whey and was the second lowest of those tested in arsenic. The other HMs were not measurable in all of the samples they tested too.
