It must vary on body type and metabolism... it just seems impossible for me to drop even a full pound per week, unless I'm on a PSMF or something. Why can some people drop the lbs. so fast, and others go less than 0.5 lbs. per week? Currently eating between 1400 and 1800 cals per day on Keto, and it's creeeeeeping along. Any all-out cheat day seems to throw me off for that week too, so I have to keep refeeds more controlled and strategic.

Don't worry man, If that's your current BF% in your avatar than your doing fine. Its looks like your in the 10-12% range and when your there you definitely don't lose 2 lbs a week. In my own personal experience, once I get down around 12/13% the fat loss REALLY starts to slow down. Just be patient and consistent with your diet and training and you will get where you want to be.

also, when I started my cut around 20% bf, I easily lost 2 lb per week, now I'm losing just a little bit less, maybe 1-1.5 but sometimes II think I still lose 2
I thank God for my success.
