    low bf% but still have a fat face

    my BF is around 8-10%, i can see my abs without flexing but my face still has fat on it. i wanna get a nice jawline going but idk what to do to get rid of the fat on my face. any tips or anything or is it all genetics?


    i always eat late at night do u think this has anything to do with it?

    i ahve also been taking creatine for the past month, if i stop will this help bring out my jawline?

    i am 17, will it reduce as i get older?

    1. what are you eating late at night?
    2. are you eating a lot of sodium throughout the day?
    3. are you doing consistent cardio? if so, what kind?
    4. are you drinking alcohol?
    5. stop the creatine and see if it makes a difference.
