What is your favorite or preferred bicep and tricep exercise(s) to perform?
I am finding BB Curls and VBar pulldowns with my HST routine and they are becoming somewhat boring... I know I should probably finish them with the routine but after I finish it I will probably run it again if I achieve the gains out of it that I want and probably change a few things up.
Suggestions?!

I generally use 3 exercises per, but here are a few various ones I like:
bb curl, spider curl, preacher curl machine, high single arm cable curl, pinwheels
OH rope extensions, v-bar push down, reverse grip push down, and cable kickbacks.-

I switched from V-bar pushdowns to these. Try both underhand and overhand grip. I hate rope pulldowns.
Feels amazing when your upper arm is behind your body (similar to incline DB curls) and using underhand grip.
Cable curls are nice too. DB hammer curls on the preacher bench are good for building brachialis up. They feel good too. 4x4 concentration curls
