My batter typically consists of an egg, a few egg whites, a scoop of whey, baking powder and water. Can I leave it in the fridge over night or will it start smelling like ass like my shaker cup if I don't clean it?

yeah itll be fine, just make sure ya cover it so it doesnt dry out!
