How to lose the last few inches of fat

Okay so as you can see, i'm 5'11'' about 67.5 kg that's about 148 pounds, i do NOT look skinny at all for all the morons who keep telling me that (look at my pics), i have broud shoulders and a huge chest.

As you can see friends i almost have a six pack, but when i sit i can see all the fat around my lower abdomen and it's seriously pissing me off.

I went from 176 pounds to 148 and i still have damn fat around my belly wtf?!

Yes i do serious compound weight lifting 6 times a week, i work out all of my body (except the legs which i will never even begin considering doing because it's such a bore).

I've limited my cardio to once a week because man i'm tired of it. I used to jog 4.1 hours a week.

My diet is high on protein, low on carbs, and medium low on fats. I do not eat any junk food whatsoever, no pasta, no rice, no sugary crap.

Only green vegetables, meat (fish, chicken, beef). With that i eat some cheese (low fat, no carbs cheese) 3 times a day for my calcium intake. Nuts, i have to admit i stopped drinking lots of water which is a shame, i drink green tea 3 times a day to boost my metabolism. Anyways long story short, my diet is great, my muscles are growing, i have a huge growth in strength too i noticed, i can lift a lot more, and to give you an example, 3 months ago i couldn't do wide spread arms chin up pulls. Now i'm doing about 20-25 of them.

What can i do to kill the last few pounds of fat i have? Maybe i should cut ALL of my carbs? I can definetely do that i'm a crazy mother****ing extremist.

Despite what i see on BB, i like those huge physiques, but i don't care if my arms are skinny as hell as long as i have a god damn six pack, it's the whole reason i am working out, i want to be fit, i want to have a six pack belly with almost no fat!

Thanks guys, please give me your best ELABORATE advices, maybe those who have a six pack and how they lost theirs?

For your info, i am NOT a hard gainer, so i'm not a skinny person trying to gain weight, for those skinny people that can eat 4000 calories and gain a little, please restrain yourself from answering thanks!
Small gains add up to huge results, thus you will collect the fruits of your labor.

Have you been following this routine for a while (2-3 weeks) w/o any changes or drop in fat ?

    So you've hit a wall?

Change something up. Up cardio, drop cals, change your diet .. you mentioned keto. I'm actually trying that for the next 4 weeks.

Changing it up has helped me along the way.

Keto, you said you are eating high protein low carb medium fat.

You are now running a version of keto/protein sparing modified fast.

Brah i can tell you,it's not good to have protein as the main source of fuel.Either you increase fat or increase carbs.

Increasing fat,as i've stated in some threads can be the kickstart for fat loss. (in your case)

You seem like you have your diet in check. What kind of cardio are you doing? I skimmed through your post so I might have missed it. Maybe try som HIIT or tabata? I see a lot of people have good results with this type of cardio.

Maybe a low carb diet isn't best for you. I tried low carb and I was constantly plateauing. When I added good carbs back like oats, yams, and such I started getting leaner. If I were you I would add the carb and cardio back in and really throw your body for a loop. Gotta confuse it on all fronts.

Checked your pics... your delts are HUGE!
You should really considering incorporating legs into your workout though.
