Workouts for SS getting hard now...(arm questions as well)

Its been about a month so stats: 5'7 138 to 144

    Squat
    Bench Press
    Deadlift
    Overhead press
    Bent over Rows

    Before:
    S:85
    B:65
    D:75
    P:45
    R:65

    Now:
    S:165
    B:115
    D:155
    P:65
    R:105

    Goal is:
    S:230
    B:180
    D:250
    P:90
    R:150

Now I can barely do the workouts without yelling. I think my noob gains are gone now anyways I feel good for workout but I wish I had done this sooner lol.

My question for arm is that SS doesnt really do biceps or triceps, so on Saturday what arm workouts should I do. And for arm all I really care is about how big they are.

i wouldn't throw in any more exercises if you ARE actully struggling with SS...
maybe take a deload week? maybe eat rest more?

SS is to build a strenght foundation, it is not directly designed for bbuilding/mass.

if you wish change routines for a hypertrophy ones, but if I was you i'd wait
    word.

Those are big strength gains for 1 month...

    Eat more.

Don't do an arm day. Seriously. The program is designed that way for a reason.

Are u squatting all the way down. SS has chin ups they are all you need for biceps, and you work your triceps with bench. All I did was chin ups for my arms

Mate your lifts have doubled in a month. That is VERY solid.

When you've been lifting for a few years you're doing very well if you can consistently increase your lifts by 2.5lb's a week, and even doing that you'll probably need to reset the weight every now and then.

Like I said, don't worry about your arms. They'll grow in proportion to the rest of your body. Best advice I can give you is forget about your arms, focus on getting insanely strong and eat to match it.

If you go from benching 115 to 350 and start deadlifting 500 pounds, your arms will be bigger ;]
