am i taking to much?
I take around 1000mg of caffeine a day give or take a little. i always feel fine but if i dont take around this much i feel like i cant make it through my day. i dont have a racing heart beat or any negative side effects other than crashing around 12-1 am in the morning. but to wake up at 6am usually and work all day i think thats quite normal. am i hurting myself more than helping?

Personally I never use caffeine as I just like to be totally stim free and like the calmness of my body this way. That said, when I really have a goal to achieve I know something like the ec stack can help me achieve fat loss faster, Il migghtgo up to 20e/200c two times daily at the most. I have done 20/200 once a day with decent results. Moreover, it seems to take my body weeks to work up in dose from nothing like taking 3 weeks or so just to hti 200-300 grams. Furthermore, if I have no special goal to achieve my preference is caffeine. I am not saying once in a bluemoon I am dragging ass I might get some, I just prefer my body being without it.
This year, When I was training on hard days like back or legs I have taken maniac and the caffiene content is pretty low in that.
another alternative may be raspberry ketones, When I took that solo it seems to work fairly decently for dropping a bit of body fat, without reducing calories, and that was a plus.

Take it easy buddy.
Nobody wants to see you in your hollister collared shirt at 33 years old shoving your tongue down a 4/10's throat trying to gain approval from members of a bodybuilding forum for being a "ladies" man.
And if you really think I am lonely and jealous, go make a thread in the misc calling me out and we can both upload spoon pics of our girl and we will see who the "jealous" one actually is. Pepper your angus *******.VELOCITY NUTRITION

im glad someone bumped this thread, i was gonna start a thread just like this.
I was gonna buy a pre-workout supplement but instead went to walmart and got caffeine pills. 200mg per pill, on the label it says 200mg = average cup of coffee.
I have been taking them 3x a week, 30 mins before workout. and i cant tell a difference at all. I thought about uping the dose to 2 pills but after reading this thread, i decided not to, i never drink coffee or soda.It surprises me how many people refuse to buy equipment from Elitefts because its too expensive but they will buy equipment from their competitors, then continue to go on EFS website to educate themselves for FREE

Ya, i take caffeine pills b/c of E/C stack but in all honestly I don't feel it keeps me awake or gives me energy , as if i drank a cup of coffee or energy drink.
in all honestly, i'm just believing E/C works, the only thing i've noticed with e/c is that its cheap and curbs my appetite some times or makes me nauseated if i'm on the bus for 1hour+Seek truth and reason
