    Am I alone here?

    Am I seriously the only person that dislikes working biceps? (I.e. I don't like curls) Most people overwork them, but mine actually lag some... Anybody else like this.

    I used do, but not anymore. The only exercise I can kind of enjoy is Dumbbell Preacher Curls, but I still dislike them.

    Was never a fan of biceps.. i work them once a week moderately hard after a back workout. I work my triceps beast. The funny thing is my biceps are bigger than my triceps and makes them lag.. F biceps I'm stuck prioritizing triceps for the rest of the summer just for that 2/3 look

    Isolation arm workouts are boring. I stick to the compound exercises because I like getting my whole body into the movement. Cheating on compound movements has always seemed to serve more of a purpose than cheating on isolation. So I just avoid iso work.

    I don't work biceps directly simply because strong biceps aren't needed for powerlifting. They get worked pretty hard with back work anyway.

    Arm isolation works is the most boring thing next to cardio you could possibly do in the gym. That's probably why I hardly do any of it, although I should.
