    Another creatine thread

    Do you have to take creatine daily?

    I mean, why do you need to take it on non training days, can I not just take it 30-45 mins before training and then again afterwards?

    Sorry if I'm being a bit thick here guys

    After you have elevated muscle creatine to near your personal upper threshold level by using it daily for about a month or so, then you probably don't need to use it every day to maintain that level - using about 5 days/week would work assuming you are using enough.

    You don't need to take creatine before and after training. Get 3-5 grams in whenever.

    I personally don't take creatine on off days, what type are you looking into? I like taking my creatine post workout personally

    Ok, thanks. I've finished about 5 weeks of USN muscle anabolic which had cratine in it so would that load me up?
    The 1 I've got is Sci-MX creatine monohydrate, is that any good? And if I go onto a shake with creatine in it again should I stop taking the capsules?

    if you have monohydrate then i would take 3-5g daily whenever with whatever you like.
