Do you have to take creatine daily?
I mean, why do you need to take it on non training days, can I not just take it 30-45 mins before training and then again afterwards?
Sorry if I'm being a bit thick here guys

After you have elevated muscle creatine to near your personal upper threshold level by using it daily for about a month or so, then you probably don't need to use it every day to maintain that level - using about 5 days/week would work assuming you are using enough.
You don't need to take creatine before and after training. Get 3-5 grams in whenever.
