Does anybody else see anything wrong with this? Like maybe putting military press in for lat pulldowns on Thursday, and Lat pulldowns in on Tuesday. That's just my opinion. And I also have a problem with the volume on some exercises. I can do it, but I was always told high volume isn't necessary. What do you guys thing about this?

I think at your size you haven't earned an opinion yet.
I think it looks like a pretty standard WSFSB style workout.
About the only thing I would change would be the Lat pulldowns to pull-ups, but they are probably the way they are because too few guys on your team can do a decent set of pull-ups.[]---[] Equipment Crew Member No. 11

I'd say I'm pretty informed for my age. Maybe I'm not at smart as half the people on this site when it comes to fitness, but then again, I'm 15. I'm starting at a young age and have made progress. I have questions and it's up to older people, such as yourself, to do your best to inform me. Not to spend your time trying to make somebody half your age feel like they know nothing.

seems like the usual workout we did in football, but they focused on the speed, why stand an fight when you can out run the entire other team even the center was fast
chuck norris is so fast he can run around the world and punch himself in the head.

I quickly looked through this but I noticed you're doing dips (triceps/possibly chest depending how you do them) and push press (shoulders) on thursday. Then the next day you're doing bench (chest/tri's), military press (shoulders), and two tri isolation exercises. I wouldn't say that you're necessarily "overtraining" by doing this, but it's definitely not ideal and really doesn't make much sense that you'd work some of the same muscles two days in a row.
Also, imo, I'd stay away from upright rows. They've been known to be bad for your shoulders. I know when I started doing them they caused a lot of pain and discomfort.
