Hi,
I'm wondering if when you are taking Green Tea Extract you should be taking additional calcium as well? (Does it deplete calcium like many caffeine-heavy thermogenics?) Also does it affect cardio/stamina and/or should additional hydration apart from water be taken?
Also is there a difference between cider vinegar and apple cider vinegar and is it better to take in pill or liquid form? I haven't found real clear cut answers on this yet.
