Question: Can you really consider yourself a powerlifter if you WANT to squat high?
Lol @ "a 90 day advanced warning" on rule "changes", Just squat low and then you don't ever have to worry about depth. You don't cut your bench high due to gear and it can be a pain to touch your chest in a tight single ply shirt so I can only imagine what its like in a multi.

i hope thats really not why hes saying hell retire.... what a joke.
His squats cant hack it in the internation feds with bolton, so he comes back here to get his bro-judging to set all time records, and now the bro judging has dried up and hes pissed.
absolutely hilarious.
EDIT: I like how there are no videos of these ass to grass squats getting reds for depth... what a freakin joke.

Dude, there was eyewitness accounts from other high squatters so we KNOW they were deep. The IPA just isn't for the lifters anymore.
And it was a dick move of the IPA to change the rules without telling anyone. I mean the actual rulebook never changed and Gene was clear about expectations for the meet but you can't expect people to squat to depth after the rule book and the rules meeting clearly state that! Is this turning into a fed where the rules actually mean something!? Obviously not for the lifters. There is no such thing as 'strong enough'

Absolutely not, you can only give judgment on lifts if you were there in person.
Video evidence is admissible in a court of law, but we all know video cameras hold a strong bias towards multi ply lifters.
See, I can learn something from video taping my training lifts, but thats only because im a RAHW lifter.... video taping my training if I were multiply would be entirely useless. It has nothing to do with taking 20 minutes to miss depth with a 3rd attempt at a meet.... its the cameras fault.
youre a mod on FI right? Dont taze me, bro.
