As in the title what was the worst protein powder you have ever had? mine was number 1 walmart strawberry then the walmart chocolate, never went back again!

Bench: 135 x 4 AKA 1 plate club :)
(I don't max out anymore also no deadlift)

Don't remember the exact product name but it was a MuscleTech protein, strawberry. So bad.

5 star stuff at walmart, chocolate, tasted disgusting. Mixed decently though. Worst for mixabiltiy was hands down smores flavored cutler protein. Literally took 5minutes to mix it with a whisk, or 3 with a shaker bottle.
Musclepharm would be my favorite now.

IT tasted good but man.....the farts were deadly and they were going on every 5 minutes. Had literally the worst smell I have ever smelt.

nitro armour peanut butter.... first scoop was great. the rest was like vomit and didn't mix at all.. just like sucking down someone else's vomit chunks

probably muscle tech 6 star. Only had two proteins, that and ON gold standard. Worst would've been muscletech 6 star vanilla, didn't even want to touch the strawberry...Originally Posted by ASValenti
