    depends on the person, fo rme it helps a little to fall asleep but mostly it gives me a full nights rest in like 4 hours. sucks waking up feeling 100% at5am
    When life feels like a heavy weight on my chest, I go lift some heavy weight off my chest. Makes sense.

    I use it now and then. Now it's working better than when I first started using it. Take it 30 minutes before bed and you should be fine.

    yea it helped me fall asleep but i could hardly wake up after 8/9 hours sleep and when i did i felt dreamy/foggy headed for a few hours after waking up so i stopped taking it

    I take sometimes. It's cheap, it does help me get sleepy. Sometimes it seems like it makes me sleep alot though, maybe it's just me.

    Helps me fall asleep, but then I sometimes wake up 4 hours later and have trouble falling asleep again. Sometimes if I take it too late I feel groggy the next morning. Gives me strange dreams. I don't use it anymore.

    Just like any supplement, it works different for everyone. Start off by trying 3mg 30-45min before bed. Make sure the room is dark and quiet. I've been taking it for a few months now. I will take it during the week and lay off of it on the weekends. I've had positive results from it. If you are looking to take a pill that will make you pass out for 8 hours, melatonin is probably not what you are looking for.
