and i believe him. fertile eggs are by far the most anabolic food you can eat. that and the fact that fertile eggs contain a certain amount of bound and free testosterone, a portion of which will survive digestion. i might not be able to eat 36 a day but im going to start eating as many as i can from now on.

But, your diet is not more important than how bloody hard you train... Both are equally important. As is the AMOUNT of time you've been consistently training hard.

Breakfast
