Im really stoned right now...lucky for me Im gaining because Ive eaten so much food. It wont effect anything,like right now I cant wait to train tomorrow,I hate my days off.

im sure its just in my head, but i used to right after a mean workout and my stoned a$$ thought it helped my recovery. cant prove it but i dont care it worked for me. never before tho bro it always fd up my workouts if i smoked at some point during the day before my session

I smoke weed everyday you just gotta be able to control your hunger and make sure it dont get in the way of you doing stuff you should during the day...prioritize

As long as it doesn't kill your motivation to workout and eat right, then there is no proven negative effects to speak of.

It has no effect whatsoever. Its not a big deal, just smoke. I prefer it post-workout, very relaxing.

Munchies: make it harder to control hunger..
besides that weed won't affect much..
However, I found that when you get high and then sober up, then go lifting your performance is ever hardly at optimal level. make sure you blaze after your work out, because getting high does wear you out a little.. other than that.. hit the reefa and light one up while you read this..

this ****ty thing is...smoking pot really won't hurt your lifting unless your like an all day smoker. I dont smoke but everyone around me does, which leaves me to drinking now and then....few points want to make
1. smoking f's u up-well when i did it a loooong time ago it did but i was a smoking on rare occasions....if smoke regularly not as f'ed up-tolerance-yadayadayad
2. drinking f's u up
Point is if you can control the eating u get from smoking its way better than say going out and getting hammered. I hate to say that cuz i dont smoke and cant smoke but it is the truth. I like to get hammered sometimes but if i could id smoke, no calories, not much of a hangover....tho definitely makes ur mind trip.
PS i still to this day after being around potheads my whole life dont understand how u can say you can drive as good high? just is stupid, and anyone who says that i laugh at..
but yea op i wouldnt worry bout it too much unless ur trying for a govt job or doing it all day. gl
