    Does this work for fat loss?

    some quick background info. I work out 3x's a week doing free weights and machine for 1hr 15 mins each sesion, i do cardio 2x's a week for 30-45 mins a season. I am going on a cruise in 2 weeks, hate pills, and want to get a little more cut (extra boost) but cannot figure out if hydroxy cut hardcore ignition sitx are for energy or weight loss can anyone help?

    they're for both, but the main purpose is fat/weightloss, but energy comes with the ingredients in it; caffein etc.

    What works for weight loss is eating less calories than you burn. Nothing else.

    Don't waste your mony on that stuff. Most of the weight you will lose because of it will be water weight.

    If you want to lean out faster you'll probably need to up your cardio to 4-5 times per week and stay with the lifting program.

    You will also have to eat less calories than you burn.

    lol or burn more calories than you take in. I understand this and have been trying to find an extra boost just for the next few weeks. Ive never taken a weight loss supplement before and thought i would try it. My friends have taken the pill version before (2-3 years ago) before a vacation and they seemed to have seen results. Just wonder if the powder form has the same effects

    pills wont do anything for long term fat loss, and it isnt healthy to use them anyway. You need to up your intensity in the gym + clean up your diet if you want to get those cuts. I dont know if you're a runner, but work up to 3 miles a day in under 25 minutes. Speed + distance = you being cut
